Ms. Ziemann has over fifteen years experience in business development and strategic planning. Prior to joining the health care industry, she was a Marketing Specialist for the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. During her tenure in Tennessee she worked with various ag organizations and served on a number of ag advisory boards to promote the state's agruicultural industry. She also worked with individual farmers and agribusinesses in a consulting capacity to help grow their various businesses. Upon moving to Bakersfield, she became the Director of Business Development for Colombo Construction where she worked with various physician groups on medical office construction and design projects. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
